No Driveway? No Problem
Without off-road space, you have two options:
Option 1: Skip Permit
We arrange a council permit so your skip can stay on the road for the full hire – ideal for longer jobs like renovations. A road permit fee applies on top of the hire price, and delivery may take a little longer while the council processes it.
- Can be arranged at extra cost.
- Can take upto 7 working days to arrange.
- Road permit lasts for upto 4 weeks. (subject to change)
- Even with a road permit, a skip cannot be placed on single or double yellow lines.
Option 2: Wait and Load
The driver places the skip on the road and waits while you fill it, then takes it away. You get **30 minutes** to load, no permit is needed, and it costs the same as standard skip hire – perfect if your waste is ready to go.
